Service fee

When you withdraw the payment for your completed work, a 1.9% service fee is automatically deducted from your amount.

The service fee is calculated from the total invoice amount (excluding VAT). Please note that this fee does not cover personal income tax or social security contributions. 

QuickPay

Choose QuickPay if you want to receive your payment before the invoice due date! The QuickPay service fee is 3.5% + VAT in addition to our standard 1.9% service fee.

After the client’s approval, the payment will be transferred to you, ideally on the same day.

How is the payment made and when will the money appear in my account?

The payment is transferred to your account according to your chosen payment method. You can choose a standard or fast payment, which appears in your account on the same day.

Does the 1.9% service fee cover all costs?

Yes! There are no hidden costs – you only pay for what you see.

What is QuickPay and how does it work?

QuickPay (fast payment) means you receive the money on the same day your invoice is approved – no waiting required. The QuickPay service fee is 1.9% + 3.5%.

To use QuickPay, approval from the client is required, which is automatically sent by email immediately after the invoice is sent. The approval must come from a company email address, which can be verified through public registers.

QuickPay terms:

  • With QuickPay, you can submit invoices to companies, government organizations, municipalities, and the public sector. QuickPay is not available for invoicing private individuals.
  • The client must be a creditworthy Estonian company.
  • The ordered work must be completed.
  • A verbal or written agreement is made between the worker and the client, which also outlines the obligations. Invosy acts as an intermediary and is not a party to this contractual relationship.
  • The client’s contact details, such as phone number or email address, must be associated with the company. For example: name@invosy.ee
  • The QuickPay service can be used for only one invoice at a time. A new QuickPay payment cannot be requested until the client has paid the previous QuickPay invoice.
  • The QuickPay amount must not exceed €4,000 per small business owner.
  • If the QuickPay payment is not made by the client, repayment will be requested from them or the amount will be deducted from future payments.

Our customer service processes fast payments in the order they are received during business hours. If the conditions are not met, we will contact you.

Do I need to register a company to submit invoices?

No. Anyone can submit invoices through Invosy without registering a company.

How quickly can I start small business activities and submit invoices?

Registration takes just a few minutes, and you’re ready to start immediately. You can create your first invoice right after registering.

How does invoicing work?

Invoicing is done based on the small business model. Invosy automatically deducts your taxes according to your tax obligations, so you don’t have to worry about paying taxes yourself.
