A light entrepreneur decides for themselves when, where, and under what conditions they work, and sets the prices for their services. Registration is completely free. You only pay a service fee of 1.9% of the invoice total (+ VAT) when withdrawing the payment.<\/p>\n

Yes! You only need to agree to the terms of service. There are no notice periods or monthly maintenance fees. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Can I issue invoices through Invosy if I am a sole proprietor or if I have my own company registration code?<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, no. Invosy is intended for individuals who issue invoices without their own company or registration code. It helps avoid the confusion associated with tax reporting.<\/p>\n

\u2022 No. Invosy is designed for individual users only. Each person who wants to issue invoices must have their own Invosy account. Employees cannot use your account to invoice for their work.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 How does invoicing work?<\/u><\/p>\n

Creating invoices is easy! Add your clients in the \u201cClients\u201d tab or fill in your client\u2019s information for each invoice individually. You can also include details about the work performed and any other information required by the system.<\/p>\n

\u2022 How quickly is the invoice sent?<\/u><\/p>\n

The invoice is sent immediately when you click \u201cSend.\u201d There may be delays with e-invoices. After sending the invoice, you will always receive a confirmation via email.<\/p>\n

\u2022 When can I issue invoices without VAT?<\/u><\/p>\n

Usually, VAT must always be added to the invoice because invoicing is done through our company registration code. VAT exemption applies only to companies and entrepreneurs whose annual revenue is below \u20ac15,000. <\/p>\n

\u2022 What should I do if my client is in the construction industry and the invoice should be subject to reverse VAT?<\/u><\/p>\n

When creating the invoice, select the option \u201cI provide construction services (VAT 0%)\u201d and also mark \u201cVAT rate 0%.\u201d The invoice will automatically include the text: \u201cAccording to \u00a7 41 (1\u00b9) of the VAT Act, reverse taxation is applied to construction services if the recipient of the service is a person who is VAT-liable.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2022 My invoice is incorrect. How can I create a credit invoice?<\/u><\/p>\n

A credit invoice cancels the original invoice for both you and your client. To create one, go to the original invoice and click the circular arrow icon. Note that the credit invoice amount must be the same as the original invoice, as partial refunds do not work in our system.<\/p>\n

\u2022 How and at what stage can I add an expense reimbursement to my invoice?<\/span><\/p>\n

Reimbursements can only be added to the invoice if your client has agreed to cover them. If not, they should be declared as part of your personal taxable income. <\/p>\n

Expense and reimbursement requests are created in the \u201cExpenses and Reimbursements\u201d tab, after which they are added to an invoice that must be saved as a draft in the \u201cInvoices\u201d tab. Note that only expenses and reimbursements added to the invoice through this tab can be paid out to you.  <\/p>\n

\u2022 Can I settle payments with my client using cash or a payment terminal?<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Invosy payments can only be made based on invoices.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Can I use Invosy to invoice clients abroad?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes. In this case, VAT is 0% for companies, but always 22% for private individuals. The most important thing is to always include the VAT number of the respective company on the invoices instead of the Estonian registration code.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

QuickPay is a fast payment solution that allows you to receive your payment more quickly. To use QuickPay, the client must confirm the invoice via the email sent by us. <\/span><\/p>\n

The QuickPay limit is a maximum of \u20ac4,000 per light entrepreneur.<\/span><\/p>\n
