Salary

Collect the salary from your work and we'll deduct a service fee from the salary payment (2,8%).

A service fee will be charged from the invoice amount (excluding VAT). Please be aware that this fee does not cover personal withholding tax or social security contributions.

Quick Pay

Choose Quick Pay, when you want to get your salary earlier than your customer can pay! It is only 3,5% + VAT in addition to the normal service fee (2,8%).

After the confirmation of the invoice by your customer, the salary will be paid to you at the best on the same day.

QuickPay applies only to the invoicing of companies, state employers, municipalities, or the public sector. Please note that QuickPay cannot be used for invoicing private individuals or sole individuals.

• The client needs to be a domestic company and demonstrate creditworthiness.
• The assigned task by the client must be fulfilled.
• The invoice must be accurate and confirmed either through a written certificate or by direct confirmation from the client.
• The client's contact details (such as phone number or email address) should be associated with the company, not personal accounts (e.g., name@company.fi)..
• QuickPay is limited to one invoice at a time, meaning another QuickPay request isn't possible until the previous invoice is paid.
• The QuickPay amount cannot exceed 4,000 euros.

If a QuickPay payment isn't received from the client, the user will be required to refund or face deductions from future salaries.

Additional expenses

VAT: A tax on consumption, typically at a rate of 25,5%, paid from sales.

Taxes applicable to an employee include withholding tax and security contributions.

If a user intentionally sends an unnecessary invoice, Invosy will take action directly with the user.

Please note, that using Invosy empowers you to manage YEL payments at your discretion!

Reminders and
debt collection

If your client overlooks payment for the invoice you've sent, no worries! We'll send reminders on your behalf. Should the invoice remain unpaid even after the reminder, we'll reach out to your client to understand their ability and willingness to pay. If needed, we'll engage in debt collection, escalating to judicial debt collection through a specialized agency.

Our reminder and debt collection processes are efficient, aiming to secure payment for the invoice without creating undue hassle for your clients.

Free accident and liability insurance

The insurance we offer is free for our users and is included in the 2.8% service fee. With our service, you get accident and liability insurance for your work, which guarantees a safe and carefree approach to working as a light entrepreneur. We work with the insurance company Fennia to offer this insurance coverage. You can find more detailed information about the insurances we offer here. Our accident and liability insurance covers the most common tasks of a small business owner.

Our accident, legal expenses, and liability insurance encompass the most common tasks of a light entrepreneur. However, it's the user's responsibility to ensure that their specific work aligns with Invosy's insurance coverage.
