Collect the salary from your work and we'll deduct a service fee from the salary payment (2,8%).
A service fee will be charged from the invoice amount (excluding VAT). Please be aware that this fee does not cover personal withholding tax or social security contributions.
Choose Quick Pay, when you want to get your salary earlier than your customer can pay! It is only 3,5% + VAT in addition to the normal service fee (2,8%).
After the confirmation of the invoice by your customer, the salary will be paid to you at the best on the same day.
QuickPay only applies to invoicing companies, government employers, municipalities or the public sector. QuickPay is therefore not available for invoicing private persons or individuals.
• The client must be a domestic company and be creditworthy.
• The assignment ordered by the client must be completed.
• In addition, the invoice must be in full agreement and the correctness of the invoice will need to be confirmed either by a written certificate or by a separate contact confirmation with the client.
• Furthermore, the client's contact information – such as telephone number or email address – must be linked to the company and not private; Example: name@company.se.
• QuickPay can only be used one invoice at a time; in other words, it is not possible to request another QuickPay until the client has paid for the previous QuickPay invoice.
• The amount for a QuickPay may not exceed 40 000 sek.

VAT: A tax on consumption, typically at a rate of 25%, paid from sales.
Taxes applicable to an employee include withholding tax and security contributions.
If a user intentionally sends an unnecessary invoice, Invosy will take action directly with the user.
Please note, that using Invosy empowers you to manage YEL payments at your discretion!
If your client overlooks payment for the invoice you've sent, no worries! We'll send reminders on your behalf. Should the invoice remain unpaid even after the reminder, we'll reach out to your client to understand their ability and willingness to pay. If needed, we'll engage in debt collection, escalating to judicial debt collection through a specialized agency.
Our reminder and debt collection processes are efficient, aiming to secure payment for the invoice without creating undue hassle for your clients.
The insurance we offer is free for our users and is included in the 2.8% service fee.
