FAQ

How will my salary be paid and when will the money be in my account?

Your salary will be paid to your account according to the payment method of your choice. You can choose between a normal payout or Quickpay, which will appear in your account on the same day.

Does the 1.9% service fee include all costs?

Yes, it does! The service fee covers all costs for Invosys' work; We don't add any extra or hidden fees. Of course, our service fee does not cover the statutory tax and the social security contributions that we deduct and pay from the invoiced amount.

What applies to QuickPay?

QuickPay only applies when you invoice companies, municipalities, government or other public employers. This means that QuickPay cannot be used for invoices to private individuals or individuals.

To use QuickPay, the following conditions must be met:

· The client must be a Swedish company with a good credit rating.

· The assignment must be completed before the invoice is sent.

· The invoice must be accurate and undisputed. This is confirmed either in writing or through direct contact with the client.

· The contact details of the client – such as email address or phone number – must be linked to the company (e.g. namn@företag.se), not private.

· Only one QuickPay can be active at a time. A new application can only be made when the previous one has been paid.

· The maximum amount for a QuickPay is SEK 40,000.

If payment is not made by the client, you may be liable to repay, or the amount may be deducted from future payments.

Do I need a company registration number for invoicing?

You don't have to. Via Invosy, you can invoice without your own company or organization number.

How soon can I start invoicing?

You can sign up and start invoicing right away. You can create your first invoice as soon as you have registered.

How does taxation work?

Invoicing is based on the self-employment model. Invosy automatically deducts tax according to your tax table, so you don't have to think about paying taxes yourself.

If your work is covered by RUT or ROT deductions – for example, construction, cleaning or household services – Invosy handles the entire deduction process for your customer. When you send the invoice, we will deduct the tax reduction directly from the amount and then apply for the deduction from the Swedish Tax Agency. In this way, your service becomes more attractive and affordable, without extra administration for either you or the customer.

In your income tax return, you can also deduct, for example, self-employed person's contributions (which correspond to insurance premiums in Sweden) and other expenses that you have not invoiced the customer for.

Customer service and support!

Our customer service is available weekdays by phone or email from 9 am to 5 pm.

Of course, we offer tips and advice to anyone who is interested in both getting started and succeeding as self-employed.
