Your salary will be paid to your account according to the payment method of your choice. You can choose between a normal payout or Quickpay, which will appear in your account on the same day.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Does the 1.9% service fee include all costs?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/div>

Yes, it does! The service fee covers all costs for Invosys' work; We don't add any extra or hidden fees. Of course, our service fee does not cover the statutory tax and the social security contributions that we deduct and pay from the invoiced amount.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

What applies to QuickPay?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/div>

QuickPay only applies when you invoice companies, municipalities, government or other public employers. This means that QuickPay cannot be used for invoices to private individuals or individuals.<\/p>

To use QuickPay, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>

\u00b7 The client must be a Swedish company with a good credit rating.<\/p>

\u00b7 The assignment must be completed before the invoice is sent.<\/p>

\u00b7 The invoice must be accurate and undisputed. This is confirmed either in writing or through direct contact with the client.<\/p>

\u00b7 The contact details of the client \u2013 such as email address or phone number \u2013 must be linked to the company (e.g. namn@f\u00f6retag.se), not private.<\/p>

\u00b7 Only one QuickPay can be active at a time. A new application can only be made when the previous one has been paid.<\/p>

\u00b7 The maximum amount for a QuickPay is SEK 40,000.<\/p>

If payment is not made by the client, you may be liable to repay, or the amount may be deducted from future payments.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

You can sign up and start invoicing right away. You can create your first invoice as soon as you have registered.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

How does taxation work?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/div>

Invoicing is based on the self-employment model. Invosy automatically deducts tax according to your tax table, so you don't have to think about paying taxes yourself.<\/p>

If your work is covered by RUT or ROT deductions \u2013 for example, construction, cleaning or household services \u2013 Invosy handles the entire deduction process for your customer. When you send the invoice, we will deduct the tax reduction directly from the amount and then apply for the deduction from the Swedish Tax Agency. In this way, your service becomes more attractive and affordable, without extra administration for either you or the customer.<\/p>

What applies to QuickPay?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/div>

QuickPay only applies when you invoice companies, municipalities, government or other public employers. This means that QuickPay cannot be used for invoices to private individuals or individuals.<\/p>

To use QuickPay, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>

\u00b7 The client must be a Swedish company with a good credit rating.<\/p>

\u00b7 The assignment must be completed before the invoice is sent.<\/p>

\u00b7 The invoice must be accurate and undisputed. This is confirmed either in writing or through direct contact with the client.<\/p>

How does taxation work?<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/div>

Invoicing is based on the self-employment model. Invosy automatically deducts tax according to your tax table, so you don't have to think about paying taxes yourself.<\/p>

If your work is covered by RUT or ROT deductions \u2013 for example, construction, cleaning or household services \u2013 Invosy handles the entire deduction process for your customer. When you send the invoice, we will deduct the tax reduction directly from the amount and then apply for the deduction from the Swedish Tax Agency. In this way, your service becomes more attractive and affordable, without extra administration for either you or the customer.<\/p>
