How is my salary paid, and when will the money reach my account?

Your salary is paid into your account according to your chosen payment method. You can choose a standard payment or Quick Pay, which allows the money to reach your account on the same day.

Does the 1.9% service fee include all costs?

Yes! The price includes, among other things, liability and accident insurance. No hidden costs – you only pay what you see.

What is Quick Pay and how does it work?

Quick Pay means you can receive your salary in your account on the same day your invoice is approved – with no waiting. The Quick Pay service fee is 1,9 % + 3,5 %.

To receive Quick Pay, your client must approve the invoice. The approval request is automatically sent by email immediately after the invoice is submitted. The approval must come from the company’s email address, which can be verified through public registers.

Quick Pay Terms:
• The payment amount must be at least hea

• The maximum Quick Pay amount is €4,000 per light entrepreneur/company.

Our customer service processes Quick Pay requests in the order they are received during opening hours. If the requirements are not met, we will contact you.

Do I need a Business ID to issue invoices?

You don't need one. Invosy is designed for light entrepreneurs who do not have their own Business ID. If you have your own Business ID, you cannot issue invoices through Invosy.

How quickly can I start issuing invoices?

You can register and start issuing invoices right away. You can create your first invoice immediately after registering.

How does taxation work?

Invoicing is carried out under the light entrepreneur model. Invosy automatically withholds income tax based on your tax card, so you don’t have to worry about paying taxes yourself.

In your tax return, you can declare deductions such as YEL insurance contributions and expenses that you have not invoiced to your client..
